We are a UK-based provider of Direct to Film (DTF) printing services, supplying custom heat transfers and related products to businesses and individuals.

2. Orders

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

  • Artwork breaches intellectual property laws

  • Files are unsuitable for printing

  • Payment has not been authorised

  • There has been a pricing or technical error

Artwork Approval

It is your responsibility to ensure that all artwork submitted is correct, sized appropriately, and ready for print. We are not responsible for spelling errors, low resolution files, transparency issues, or design mistakes supplied by the customer.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£)  we are currently VAT exempt

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., approved trade accounts).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.


4. Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events (including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions)

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.


5. Application of Transfers

Our DTF transfers must be applied using appropriate equipment and settings as instructed. We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect heat press temperature

  • Insufficient pressure

  • Incorrect pressing time

  • Use of unsuitable garments

Application instructions are provided for guidance only.


6. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the design, or

  • You have full permission or licence to reproduce it

We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that we believe infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from intellectual property disputes relating to artwork you provide.


7. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made to order, they are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reprint the order

  • Offer a partial refund

  • Offer a full refund where appropriate

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by incorrect artwork supplied by the customer.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for loss of business, profit, or opportunity

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.


9. Trade Accounts

Approved trade customers may receive discounted pricing. Payment terms must be adhered to strictly. Failure to make payment within agreed terms may result in account suspension.

We reserve the right to withdraw trade pricing at any time.


10. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, branding, and text, remains our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website or services without notice.


11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
